Reporting a concern
Anyone may make a report of concern if they have personally experienced or is aware of any inappropriate conduct which may raise concerns under the Safe Sport Unified Code.
You may contact your sporting organisation’s Safeguarding Officer or make a report directly to the Safe Sport Commission using the form below.
We encourage you to provide as much information as possible. All information you are able to provide assists the Case Management Unit in promptly and effectively responding to reports.
You may report anonymously by omitting your identifying information. However, remaining anonymous may limit the Case Management Unit's ability to investigate and/or respond to the information you provide.
Call 999 or SMS 71999 or Lodge a report at any Police station or on the “Police E-Service” page.
Refer to the Singapore Police Force sexual crime advisory if you have been sexually assaulted.
